We are happy to provide images of any items not already illustrated and condition reports.

As this is a courtesy service for our clients, we limit the number of requests per person to five to ensure we can help the maximum number of people possible.

Please note:  we cannot supply condition reports and/or images after 3.30pm on the day before a sale or on Sale Day itself.  Please ensure you contact us well before this time with your request.

Telephone Bidding
We are pleased to offer this service but limit requests to those lots with published reserves of £500 and above.  Lines are booked on a first come, first served basis.  If you wish to bid by phone, we encourage you to contact us as soon as you can as lines are booked very quickly.

Delivery of Items
If you are interested in an item and you live some distance from us, please note that we no longer offer a post and packing service.  We recommend 'Mailboxes' (02392 823800) for the delivery of small items.
